Before the start of classes next Monday, thousands of Pitt students moved into campus this weekend and will continue to arrive throughout this week.

While CDC guidelines say those fully vaccinated no longer need to wear face coverings in most settings, some people say they’re unsure about not wearing masks since not everyone has gotten vaccinated yet and some may not be truthful about their vaccination status.

Face coverings are key aspects of controlling an outbreak like COVID-19, plain and simple.
