Pitt Digital, the rebranded IT department of the University of Pittsburgh, is setting generative AI at the forefront of their work, causing some student skepticism.

As Pitt welcomes its largest incoming class yet, the University is preparing to update previous campus-wide internet and technology issues. One change to Pitt Digital is their Help Desk team, which has transformed from 13 Pitt employees to an outsourced company, Logicalis.
