12:46 a.m. — Police cited student Emily K. Tantillo, of Doylestown, Pa., for underage drinking in Litchfield Towers.
12:51 a.m. — Non-affiliate Louis Basciotta III, of West Mifflin, Pa., was cited for criminal mischief near the Phi Kappa Theta house.
12:57 a.m. — Police cited student Cameron A. Hatzel-Treat, of Lancaster, Pa., for underage drinking on the patio of the Pi Kappa Alpha house.
2:13 a.m. — An officer cited a driver in the 4600 block of Forbes Avenue for driving with a suspended license. The driver’s car was towed.
2:56 a.m. — Student Michael E. Cavender, of Lothrop Hall, was cited in Langley Hall for underage drinking.
4:41 a.m. — Someone in the Phi Kappa Theta house reported damage to the building’s front door.
5:10 a.m. — Officers assisted city police with an injured person who was found near the railroad tracks near Boundary Street.
11:50 a.m. — A man reported that he found damage to his car when he returned to it in the Old Cemetery Lot.
3:55 p.m. — A woman reported that her purse was stolen at a house on Neville Street.
4:32 p.m. — Officers assisted city police with a prisoner who was taken to the emergency room at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital.
6:55 p.m. — A woman reported that she was raped, but she later recanted and said her claim was false.
10:42 p.m. — Police cited affiliate Carlos Ramirez, of 3257 Niagara Square, for public drunkenness near Sennott Square.
Sunday, Feb. 26
12:36 a.m. — Two people activated a fire alarm at the Zeta Beta Tau house and then fled the scene.
1:34 a.m. — Student Senthill Thillainath, of Brackenridge Hall, was cited in Brackenridge for disorderly conduct.
7:21 p.m. — Officers assisted the East McKeesport Police Department with a domestic violence situation that occurred in East McKeesport.
8:07 p.m. — An officer reported a minor accident that occurred in the loading dock of Posvar Hall.
Monday, Feb. 27
6:33 a.m. — The Pittsburgh Fire Department responded to a small fire in a motor in a mechanical room on the eighth floor of Benedum Hall. The incident was cleared.
8:41 a.m. — A person in the Soldiers and Sailors parking garage reported that lime dropped onto his car.
11:04 a.m. — A patrol car transported a person with an injury to a hospital.
11:53 a.m. — Officers assisted city police with a loud party in the 400 block of Semple Street. Judicial board referrals are being filed for involved students.
4:34 p.m. — Officers checked for a person causing a disturbance in front of a building near Salk Hall. The person was gone before officers arrived.
5:45 p.m. — A staff member reported a suspicious person in the area of Melwood Warehouse. The staffer got the license plate of the person’s vehicle. An investigation is pending.
11:16 p.m. — Pittsburgh medics transported an ill person from Sutherland Hall to a hospital.
Tuesday, Feb. 28
12:30 a.m. — Pittsburgh medics transported an ill person from Litchfield Tower C to the hospital.
3:55 p.m. — A person filed a police report concerning a student who had missed a preliminary court hearing. The person filing the report had posted bond for the student, who had missed the hearing. The person filed the report in an attempt to locate the student.
Wednesday, March 1
11:11 a.m. — A person reported an incident of harassment near Tower A. An investigation is pending.
12:03 p.m. — A person turned in a cell phone found in Posvar Hall. The owner came to the station later and claimed it. The incident was cleared.
4:39 p.m. — A resident director reported finding burned items on several floors in Sutherland Hall.
6:04 p.m. — A person reported finding an unknown man sitting in his car at Fifth Avenue and Tennyson Street. The man in the car claimed he thought it was another person’s car. He then left the area. The incident was cleared.
11:52 p.m. — A person in Sutherland Hall reported receiving harassing e-mails.
