7:21 a.m. – Custodians in the Cathedral of Learning turned over a set of keys. The items were placed in recovered property.

12:06 p.m. – An officer on Terrace Street cited and towed a car parked in an area posted no parking for the basketball game traffic detail.

2:13 p.m. – An officer located and recovered a stolen vehicle on Parkman Street. The owner was notified and he recovered his car.

2:27 p.m. – A student reported a confrontation with another student.

3:12 p.m. – A person in the Old Cemetery parking lot turned over a key found on the stairs of the lot. The item was placed in recovered property.

3:34 p.m. – William Pitt Union staff turned over a found wallet. The item was placed in recovered property.

2:15 a.m. – Police cited student Kyle L. Wagaman, of Manchester, Pa., for underage drinking in Forbes Hall.

2:11 p.m. – Someone in Litchfield Tower B reported receiving harassing phone calls. An investigation is pending.

9:34 a.m. – An officer assisted Allegheny County deputies with a search for a man wanted on a warrant.

12:42 p.m. – A staff member in The Book Center reported an incident of retail theft. An investigation is pending.

3:10 p.m. – A man reported finding damage to his car in a University parking lot.

7:28 p.m. – Someone who was stuck in an elevator in Litchfield Tower B was released by an elevator repairman.

8:56 p.m. – A man reported the theft of his iPod from Alumni Hall.

10:52 p.m. – An officer assisted a resident assistant with a complaint about the smell of marijuana in Litchfield Tower A. The resident assistant will complete a judicial board referral.

Friday, Feb. 3

12:59 a.m. – Police cited student Bryn Baughman, of Latrobe, Pa., for underage drinking near Schenley Quadrangle.

1:34 a.m. – A person reported three suspicious people at the Cathedral of Learning asking about building security. Officers located individuals and identified them. The people were found to be students.

5:55 a.m. – A computer alarm in Hillman Library was activated. An officer checked the area and found it to be secure.
