1 1/2 lb. beef cubes six carrots – cut in pieces one onion – cut five medium potatoes –… 1 1/2 lb. beef cubes six carrots – cut in pieces one onion – cut five medium potatoes – peeled, cubed 14 oz. can tomatoes – cubed 1 Tbsp. sugar 1 Tbsp. Tapioca 1 1/2 tsp. salt dollop Karo syrup

Put ingredients in large pan. Don’t brown beef cubes. Cover. Bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours. And don’t open the lid until the time is up!
