6:26 a.m. — Police responded to a reported burglary of the trade shops near the Melwood Warehouse. An investigation is pending.
3:05 p.m. — A person on a bike ran into the side of a car at the corner of Forbes Avenue and Craig Street.
3:37 p.m. — A woman reported the theft of her Pitt ID in downtown Pittsburgh. The incident was cleared.
4:04 p.m. — Someone falsely activated a manual pull station for the fire alarm in Posvar Hall.
4:25 p.m. — A gas tank in Litchfield Towers caught on fire. An engineer extinguished the fire. The Pittsburgh Fire Department responded. The incident was cleared.
5:45 p.m. — A guard in Trees Hall confiscated a duplicate Pitt ID that was used in an attempt to enter the building.
6:36 p.m. — Officers responding to an intrusion alarm in the Eureka Building discovered a juvenile who was the subject of a missing person report. The juvenile was taken home.
Wednesday, June 1
1:03 a.m. — Police cited non-affiliates Pamela L. Nagy, of 5143 Villaview Drive, Brandon Michael Snyder, of Jefferson Hills, Pa., Christopher Alex Slaney, of 3665 Oakleaf Road and student Nicole L. Losteter, of Jefferson Hills, Pa., for defiant trespassing in David Lawrence Hall.
4:15 p.m. — Officers assisted with traffic control after a water main broke on Craig Street.
8:16 p.m. — Police found an 11-year-old girl, who was reported missing, in the William Pitt Union. The girl was returned to her father.
Thursday, June 2
12:16 a.m. — A custodian in Craig Hall reported a major flood in the building. The incident was cleared.
12:48 a.m. — Officers cited students Lauren Faulk, of 303 Brackenridge Hall, Katherine W. Kingston, of Fairview, Pa., Lauren E. Murphy, of 303 Brackenridge Hall, Adam L. Novak, of 522 Neville St., Farida Sita, of 303 Brackenridge Hall, and Joseph R. Stoy, of Gibsonia, Pa., for underage drinking.
Friday, June 3
3:13 a.m. — A burglary alarm was falsely activated in Ruskin Hall.
