11:39 a.m. – Police aided a man who passed out in the… Thursday, Oct. 16

11:39 a.m. – Police aided a man who passed out in the Cathedral of Learning. When officers arrived, he was alert. Medics transported him to UMPC Presbyterian Emergency Room.

12:47 p.m. – Police assisted city police with a call regarding a man with a gun on the 3500 block of Fifth Avenue.

3:11 p.m. – Police received a report that unknown individuals were setting fire to mini-blinds and fliers on the third floor of Forbes Hall Pavilion An investigation is pending.

4:10 p.m. – An unknown individual attempted to break into a Trees Hall locker and damaged it. The locker would not open.

4:23 p.m. – A student reported that her Salk Hall lockers were broken into and money was taken.

4:46 p.m. – Police received a report of an elderly man soliciting money in Forbes Tower.

5:50 p.m. – An individual in the William Pitt Union reported that several CD’s were taken and sold to a CD exchange. An investigation is pending.

7:51 p.m. – Police assisted city police with an investigation of an armed robbery that happened on Joncaire Street, near Boundary Street. City police took the report. An investigation is pending.

9:31 p.m. – A man exposed himself to a woman in Hillman Library. An investigation is pending.

9:53 p.m. – Officers assisted city police with the investigation of a possible burglary in progress on Atwood Street. City police took the report.

10:34 p.m. – Someone reported that there was an unconscious man on the Forbes Towers fifth floor men’s bathroom floor. Medics transported the man to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital.

11:19 p.m. – A complainant reported smelling marijuana on the fifth floor of Lothrop Hall. Upon officer’s arrival, it was determined that no one was in the room. Judicial Board papers will be filed.
