-11:48 p.m. – On the 300 block of South Bouquet Street, officers cited nonaffiliate Jeffrey Scott Levy, of Holland, Pa., for disorderly conduct, consuming underage and presenting a false ID to an officer.
Friday, Sept 26
-1:10 a.m. – Nicole D. Ebert, of Spring, Texas, was cited in Towers Lobby for underage drinking.
-2:13 a.m. – Police cited nonaffiliate Matthew J. Sheldon, of Williamsville, N.Y., for disorderly conduct at the Petersen Events Center.
-8:48 a.m. – Officers responding to an intrusion alarm activated at the Frick Fine Arts building found two juveniles, whom they turned over to school police.
-7:12 p.m. – Residents in Bouquet Gardens reported a suspicious person in Building C. Officers found a magazine subscription salesman, whom they gave property warnings and escorted from the property.
-11:51 p.m. – Kevin R. Scheetz, of 210 Tower A, was cited in Tower A for underage drinking.

-1:25 a.m. – Officers warned several students for attempting to switch IDs to enter Sutherland Hall East.
-2:15 a.m. – Audra Matney, of 1104 Lothrop Hall, was cited for underage drinking on the 200 block of Atwood Street.
-2:32 a.m. – Nonaffiliate Brandon Thompson, of Silver Spring, Md., was cited on the 3900 block of Fifth Avenue for underage drinking.
-2:38 a.m. – In Tower B, Despina Xenakis, of Glenshaw, Pa., was cited for underage drinking and disorderly conduct.
-3:02 a.m. – Nonaffiliate Derrek J. Hensler, of Canonsburg, Pa., was cited at the Cathedral of Learning for disorderly conduct.
-3:18 a.m. – Police at Center Plaza Apartments cited Victor N. Ukwu, of N. Wales, Pa., for disorderly conduct.
-6:46 p.m. – Nonaffiliate Robert O’Brien Jr., of no fixed address, was cited for loitering, prowling and defiant trespassing near dwellings by the corner of Sennott Street and Oakland Avenue.
-11:28 p.m. – Officers at Lothrop Hall reported that students were attempting to pass around an ID card to gain entry into the building.

-12:02 a.m. – Jeffrey Leath, of 560 Lothrop Hall, was cited for underage drinking on the 200 block of Semple Street.
-12:05 a.m. – Police cited Megan Beth Kuser, of 501 Forbes Hall, for underage drinking.
-12:22 a.m. – Christopher C. Alpiar, of 410 Sutherland Hall, was cited for underage drinking at the Sigma Alpha Epsilon house.
-3:01 a.m. – Officers in Bouquet Gardens Building A cited Adam Plowman, of 404 Bouquet Gardens, for criminal mischief.
-3:09 a.m. – Thomas Priar, of 1418 Tower B, was cited in Tower B for underage drinking.
-3:49 a.m. – Nonaffiliate Cody J. Midlan, of Riverside, Ohio, was cited for underage drinking on the 3900 block of Forbes Avenue.
-9:45 p.m. – Officers in Sutherland Hall investigated a smell of smoke and found it to be incense. Police notified the residential assistant and the residential director.
-11:19 p.m. – In Lothrop Hall, police cited Christopher B. Siegele, of 726 Lothrop Hall, and three juveniles for the possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Monday, Sept. 29
-3:30 a.m. – Officers in UPMC Presbyterian took custody of University property that had been brought in with a patient by Pittsburgh medics.
-7:43 a.m. – Police in Mervis Hall arrested nonaffiliate Gregory D. Shields, of 600 W. North Ave., on a Pittsburgh police warrant.
Tuesday, Sept. 30
-1:10 a.m. – A person in Tower B reported an incident of harassment by a known individual.
-1:38 a.m. – Police responded when UPMC Presbyterian security officers reported access attempts by a known, unauthorized person.
