Police transported him to Allegheny County Jail on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in court.At 7:27 p.m., police cited nonaffiliate Robert C. Steele, of 83 Waterfront Dr., for disorderly conduct at the Cathedral of Learning.A man complained at 10:03 p.m. that an intoxicated man harassed him at Centre Plaza Apartments.Nonaffiliate J. C. Mills, of no fixed address, was arrested at 10:13 p.m. for furnishing alcohol to minors at Atwood Street and Sennot Square. Two juveniles were also cited for underage possession of alcohol.

Thursday, April 17An officer recovered metal balls outside the Petersen Events Center at 2:26 a.m.Nonaffiliate Joshua White, of Pulaski, Pa., was removed from the Petersen Events Center at 6:16 p.m. for disorderly conduct.Police cited Edward Turner, 19, of 3725 Sutherland Drive, at 9:20 p.m. for underage drinking in Sutherland Hall.At 10:39 p.m., nonaffiliate James Sedlak, of 4228 Stanley St., was cited for vending without a license.
Saturday, April 19Nonaffiliate Debrah Cuspard, of 420 Paulson Ave., was arrested at 1:42 a.m. for driving under the influence.Officers at the corner of North Bouquet and O?Hara Streets arrested nonaffiliate Brad Cuspard, of 420 Paulson Ave., at 2:29 a.m. for open lewdness.Nonaffiliates Michael Churilla, of Glenshaw, Pa., and Joseph Sucevic, of Columbus, Ohio, were cited at the Cathedral of Learning at 4:12 p.m. for disorderly conduct.A man reportedly tried to use money to lure people into his vehicle on Darragh Street. Officers received a complaint at 5:23 p.m. but could not locate the man.

Wednesday, April 23At 10:09 a.m., a woman reported that an unknown man tried to push her into her vehicle, then tried to enter it himself. Her vehicle was parked on Schenley Drive.A woman approached the police station near Posvar Hall at 11:32 p.m. to report that her son is missing from home in West Virginia and might be in Oakland. Neither the woman nor her son is affiliated with Pitt.
Thursday, April 24Kristin Wall, then 18, of West Chester, Pa., and Timothy Bartelt, 19, of Madison, Wis., were cited at 12:58 a.m. in Sutherland Hall for underage drinking.Police cited Kelly Wanamaker, 19, of Oaks, Pa., for underage drinking in the 200 block of Atwood Street at 2:08 a.m.A woman reported, at 11:26 a.m., that a person she knew raped her in her residence hall on campus three years ago.
Friday, April 25An emergency phone near Sutherland Hall malfunctioned at 12:10 a.m. and began ringing into dispatch every ten seconds. An engineer reported that liquid was spilled on the phone.Officers responded to a complaint at 12:36 a.m. that people were throwing items out of Lothrop Hall on the UPMC Presbyterian side. Items were also thrown from windows on the 5th floor and down stairwells, and elevator buttons were burned.Nonaffiliate Carlos Rodriguez, of 1027 Findley Dr., was arrested at 2:07 a.m. on the corner of Fifth Avenue and Bouquet Street for driving under the influence.On the corner of Fifth Avenue and Bouquet Street, at 2:23 a.m., nonaffiliate Robert Eugene Fulton, Jr., of 7525 Upland St., was arrested for failure to disperse.

Craig St., was arrested in Hillman Library at 12:02 a.m. on an outstanding county warrant.A father received a call at 9:40 a.m. from a refrigerator rental company, Melvin?s Group, informing him that the refrigerator was missing from his daughter?s dorm room in Holland Hall and would cost him $503 to replace. Investigation is pending. ? A water main break at Joncaire and Bouquet Streets closed Posvar Hall, the Law School building, Mervis Hall and Sennot Square at 7:02 p.m.
