A chronic stalker was reported in Mervis Hall at 12:14 p.m. Police escorted the stalker out of the building and issued a warning.
An engineer chased people out of Falk School at 7:15 p.m. Police searched the area for a suspicious person but found no one.

At 12:47 a.m., Saul Mikah, 19, of Monaca, Pa., was cited in Litchfield Towers Lobby for underage drinking.
In Sutherland Hall, police cited Amanda Moresco, 18, of King of Prussia, Pa., at 2:59 a.m. for underage drinking.
Nonstudent Edward Osolinski, of McKeesport, Pa., was arrested for driving under the influence at 2:59 a.m.
Daniel Borelli, 19, of 214 Sutherland Hall West, was cited at 12:24 p.m. for underage drinking.
Police arrested nonstudent Rashod Aulton, of 2114 Bedford Ave., for defiant trespass in 3503 Tower A at 3:55 p.m.
A guard reported at 6:15 p.m. that a lock was changed on a door at the Primate Center.

A fight broke out in front of Sutherland Hall at 2:44 a.m. and the front window of Sigma Alpha Epsilon was shattered.
A sexual assault was reported in a residence hall at 6:33 a.m.
Police reported a protest in front of the chancellor’s Devonshire Street residence at 5:36 p.m.

At 8:58 p.m., a guard at the Peterson Events Center reported a case of hot chocolate was opened and an unknown amount was taken out.

Police assisted Yale University with a harassment case. A suspect on Dithridge Street was contacted at 7:14 p.m.
Steven Marcucio, 18, of Watertown, Conn., was cited in Lothrop Hall at 10:58 p.m. for underage drinking.

Police at Bouquet Gardens arrested nonstudent Jonathan Conley, of Abington, Pa., for aggravated assault at 1:00 a.m.
Nonstudent Eric Rusnak, of New Castle, Del., was arrested at 1:58 a.m. for driving under the influence.
A drummer removed the carpet from a handicapped ramp in the William Pitt Union to set his drums on the carpet at 10:08 p.m.

Robert Thomas, of Swathmore, Pa., was cited for disorderly conduct on the 3900 block of Forbes Avenue at 1:58 a.m.
Police assisted city police in a domestic violence call with injuries at 318 Oakland Ave. at 2:55 a.m.
Police completed a warranted arrest of nonstudent Timothy Adams of 122 N. Aiken Ave. at 11:44 p.m. on the corner of Joncaire and Boundary streets.

Adam Edinburg, 18, and Thomas Craig, 19, of 310 Tower A, and Sarah Earnigh, 18, of 1605 Tower A, were cited at 1:33 a.m. for underage drinking.

At 12:44 p.m. a person reported receiving a hate message.
A bus driver outside the Sports Medicine building reported having trouble with a patient who would not get back on his Access bus at 3:15 p.m. Police notified the hospital.
A victim received terroristic threats over the telephone in the Union at 11:36 p.m.

At 1:39 a.m., police cited Milanna Miller, 20, of Bethel Park, Pa., for underage drinking in Bouquet Gardens.
Police recovered a no-parking event sign at the Sigma Chi fraternity house at 4:02 p.m.
City police were notified at 10:24 p.m. to recover a stolen car on Bigelow Boulevard between Forbes and Fifth avenues.
Friday, Jan. 3
At 4:16 p.m., police responded to a report of an unwanted man in the Cathedral of Learning. The man was located and was given a trespass warning.
Nonstudent Ronald Wiggins, of no fixed address, was arrested for defiant trespass in Posvar Hall at 5:46 p.m.
At 8:40 p.m., police responded to a report that the smell of marijuana was coming from a Sutherland Hall room. An officer confiscated a small amount of marijuana.
Saturday, Jan. 4
Someone reported the smell of gasoline near Posvar Hall at 10:34 a.m. An officer found gas that was spilled in the grounds crew area. The grounds crew was notified and took care of the problem.
An officer reported, at 3:45 p.m., that the glass was shattered in one of the soda machines in Posvar Hall.

In Bouquet Gardens at 1:47 a.m., Nicole Marie Cancilla, 20, of 367 Lime Oak Road, was cited for underage drinking.
Seven people were cited for underage drinking in Bouquet Gardens at 2:06 a.m. They included Pitt students Amy B. Cunliffe, 19, of New Kensington, Pa.; Deana M. Guactaferro, 19, of 1576 Loretta Drive; Tricia Lee McClure, 20, of Plum Borough, Pa.; and Jeanine Barbara Mangeanello, 19, of 203C Bouquet Gardens. Also cited were Andrea L. McKinley, 20, of New Kensington, Pa., and Kahla Kerr, 19, of 1513 Loretta Drive, both of whom were of unknown affiliation.
At 10:31 p.m. in the Oakland Avenue Apartments, a woman reported that she was concerned about an interior door that needs to be secured. An officer advised that the building is secure from the exterior and that the department would notify Property Management regarding the interior doors to the basement.
