Monday, Nov. 18

• At 8:15 a.m., a person or persons entered Room 100 of Allen… Monday, Nov. 18

• At 8:15 a.m., a person or persons entered Room 100 of Allen Hall and removed an Epson projector.

• Someone in Posvar Hall reported at 10:31 a.m. that a projector there had been tampered with but had not sustained damage.

Tuesday, Nov. 19

• A security guard in the Graduate School of Public Health recovered a projector at 12:55 a.m. and returned it to the Towers Desk.

• A projector was reported stolen from Thaw Hall at 11:43 a.m.

• A student filed a complaint at 5:09 p.m. against another student whom he said had called his parents in Moon Township twice. The complainant’s parents filed a report with the Moon Township police.

• Kennith Ruffin, a nonstudent, of 5487 Hayes St., was cited for public drunkenness and possession of a small amount of marijuana at 7:49 p.m.

Wednesday, Nov. 20

• Two computers were reported stolen at 9:17 a.m. from the Cathedral of Learning.

• A person in Lothrop Hall reported harassment by computer messages at 4:19 p.m.

• At 9:18 p.m., officers reported that a letter “E” was missing from the front of the Petersen Events Center.

Friday, Nov. 22

• Leslie Ann Barr, 19, of 1213 Tower A, and Catherine Coughlan, 19, of 1210 Tower A, were both cited for underage drinking at 1:05 a.m.

• A woman reported at 2:07 a.m. that she was assaulted near David Lawrence Hall.

• At 7:17 p.m., a guard in Holland Hall reported a smell that was causing him to feel ill. It was determined to be some type of pepper spray.

• At 7:42 p.m., a guard in Amos Hall was sick and transported to UPMC Presbyterian.

• The house manager at the Stephen Foster Memorial reported suspicious sounds coming from the building at 10:30 p.m. Officers checked and found the building secure.

• Nonstudent Aaron Burr, of 2118 S. Braddock Ave., was arrested at 11:09 p.m. for failure to appear in court and bond forfeiture.

• A woman in Holland Hall reported at 11:33 p.m. that she was being harassed by telephone.

Saturday, Nov. 23

• Shane Wonjo, 19, of Hastings, Pa., was cited for underage drinking at 1:14 a.m.

• Fred E. Bernard Jr., a nonstudent of Sarver, Pa., was arrested for driving under the influence at 2:04 a.m.

• Nonstudent Nicholas Turos, of 2134 E. Carson St., Apt. 3, was arrested at 2:23 a.m. for disorderly conduct at the Phi Kappa Theta house.

• A woman in Holland Hall reported at 7:54 a.m. that she was being harassed by telephone.

• A man in Sutherland Hall reported at 11:27 p.m. that his computer was stolen.

Sunday, Nov. 24

• Stephanie Eaves, 18, of 1708 Tower B, was cited for underage drinking at 12:46 a.m.

• Sara Lynne Brady, 20, of Johnstown, Pa., was cited at 12:54 a.m. for underage drinking.

• At 1:30 a.m. in the Forbes Hall pavilion, police arrested Matthew Foreman, 18, of Ambler, Pa.; Andrew Cha Siminerio II, 19, of 9458 Doral Drive; Jason T. Clauser, 20, of Dillsburg, Pa.; and Jaime Lynn Doyle, 19, of Carbondale, Pa., all for underage drinking.

• Eric Hofman, of 415 Tower A, was cited for underage drinking at the Sigma Alpha Epsilon house at 7:02 a.m.

• Officers recovered a metal letter “N” near Sutherland Hall at 7:40 a.m.

• Someone in Tower B reported the theft of a Nintendo game at 6:55 p.m.

• Carrie Antonio, of 232 Holland Hall, and nonstudent Clinton Shearer, of Wendel, Pa., were cited for public intoxication at 7:50 p.m. in Holland Hall.

Tuesday, Nov. 26

• Police arrested three women in the Old Cemetery Lot at 2:23 a.m. Nonstudent Laura M. Tracy, 18, of Erie, Pa.; and Sarah Gutting, 18, of 425 West Sutherland Hall, were cited for underage drinking. Rebecca Emmers, 19, also of 425 West Sutherland Hall, was arrested for underage drinking, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. She was escorted to the Allegheny County Jail.

• Michael Washo, of 120 Ruskin Ave., Apt. 217, was arrested in Scaife Hall at 2:42 a.m. for possession of drugs.

• A woman was heard screaming “rape” at 309 McKee Place at 5:29 a.m. Pitt officers assisted city police with entry into the house. The screaming was determined to be unfounded.

• A cashier in the Cathedral reported at 3:29 p.m. that a man had stolen about $61 using the “change” scam.

Thursday, Nov. 28

• Pitt police assisted city police at 5:16 a.m. with metal cases marked “Univ. of Pitt” and “Radioactive,” which fell off a truck and were found at the corner of Bigelow Boulevard and Herron Avenue. The cases were found to be harmless and the shipping company took over.

• Officers responded to a domestic dispute in the William Pitt Union at 5:29 p.m. The woman was located and confirmed that it was a verbal confrontation with her boyfriend, who had since left the building.

Saturday, Nov. 30

• Officers recovered a parking bollard on University Drive at 2:16 a.m.

• There was a report of four juveniles trying to steal a University-owned Gator at 12:42 p.m. The appearance of an officer on scene scared them into flight and University keys were recovered.

• A woman in Towers lobby reported at 10:09 p.m. that her boyfriend took her ATM card.

Sunday, Dec. 1

• Students in Sutherland Hall reported to an officer that someone had discharged a fire extinguisher on the fifth floor at 10:52 p.m.

Monday, Dec. 2

• Pitt police assisted city police with a report of a student robbed at gunpoint on Ward Street at 8:51 p.m.
