Pitt sent out an Emergency Notification System alert around 10:15 a.m. notifying people to the bomb threat at Thackeray Hall, and advising they evacuate the building. Another ENS alert cleared the threat at 11 a.m.

This marks the first bomb threat for Thackeray Hall.
