The Allegheny County Health Department cited Pitt’s Forbes Street Market for two health code violations Monday.

The Forbes Avenue grocery store received one low-risk Food Source/Condition violation for a dented can of green beans found with the canned goods. It received another low-risk Fabrication, Design, Installation and Maintenance violation for using an overturned milk crate in a mop closet to store boxes of cleaning supplies.
