Activists gathered at the corner of Seventh and Penn avenues Monday at a “Wake Up G-20” event. More than 20 activists set the alarms on their phones to sound at exactly 12:18 p.m. Three people with masks featuring world leaders pretended to sleep, only to be awoken by the phones surrounding them.
