They will join Pitt left tackle Jeff Otah as Panthers making their NFL debuts next year.

McGlynn, an offensive tackle, was taken in the fourth round by the Philadelphia Eagles, while Cox will head north to play for the Buffalo Bills, who selected him in the seventh round.

In his four years at Pitt, McGlynn played in all 47 games and started 42 of his last 43. As an Eagle he’ll play with tight end Kris Wilson, another former Panther.

In Cox’s senior season, he finished with 32 tackles, one interception and one fumble recovery. His 25-yard run after an interception against Rutgers was the longest by a Pitt player all season.

The pick the Eagles used on McGlynn was acquired from the Carolina Panthers in a draft-day trade. The Panthers used their pick to take Otah.
