11:30 a.m. — Police received a report that people were receiving harassing e-mails in their Pitt e-mail accounts. An investigation is pending.

1:31 p.m. — Welders in Salk Hall extinguished a fire they had accidentally set. The city fire department responded to the incident.

1:54 p.m. — An ID replacement letter was issued after a woman reported the theft of her Pitt ID on Virgila Place.

2:52 p.m. — A woman reported the loss of her keys in Posvar Hall.

3:50 p.m. — A man reported the loss of his Pitt ID. The incident was cleared.

4:05 p.m. — A man reported that his wallet was stolen while he was at the Petersen Events Center. The incident was cleared.

4:39 p.m. — Panther Central turned over found property to the Pitt police. Those items were placed with other recovered property, and the incident was cleared.

7:19 p.m. — City medics transported an injured woman from Holland Hall to the hospital.

9:02 p.m. — A woman activated the sprinkler system in her Lothrop Hall room. The incident was cleared.

Tuesday, March 22

12:51 a.m. — Student Samantha Lite, of Philadelphia, was cited for marijuana possession in Litchfield Towers Lobby. EDITOR’S NOTE: The March 22 charge against Samantha Lite was dismissed by magistrate Eileen M. Conroy.

12:52 a.m. — Pitt police arrested non-affiliate Rashad Aulton, of 324 McKee Place, Apartment 10, on an outstanding warrant.

5:22 a.m. — A computer protection alarm was activated in Posvar Hall. Police determined that it was a false alarm, and the incident was cleared.
