He couldn’t score, though, and the Colts ran away from the 49ers (1-3), 28-3.
Antonio Bryant, WR, Cleveland – Bryant led all receivers with 83 yards on six catches. He took two to the house and the Browns (2-2) rolled over the Bears, 20-10.
Torrie Cox, DB/KR, Tampa Bay – Cox lost a yard on one kick return as the Jets edged the Bucs (4-1), 14-12.
Larry Fitzgerald, WR, Arizona – Fitzgerald had another big day, catching nine passes for 136 yards and a touchdown, but couldn’t get the Cardinals (1-4) past the Panthers as Carolina won 24-20.
Andy Lee, P, San Francisco – Despite the San Francisco loss, Lee delivered as always, punting five times and averaging 41.6 yards per punt.
Curtis Martin, RB, NYJ – Martin took 23 carries for a dismal 59 yards, but scored both New York touchdowns as the Jets (2-3) beat Tampa bay.
Lousaka Polite, FB, Dallas – Polite didn’t get any carries, but caught a 12-yard pass for a score as Dallas (2-2) shot down the Eagles, 33-10.
Shawntae Spencer, DB, San Francisco – Spencer recorded seven solo tackles in the 49ers’ loss to Indianapolis.
