-11:01 a.m. – Police cited vehicles parked where prohibited by signs. The vehicles were towed to Stuckert’s.

-3:24 p.m. – A man with an expired ID trying to gain access to Trees Hall caused a disturbance. The ID was found to be valid.

-5:38 p.m. – Police received a report of the theft of a woman’s wallet in the Petersen Events Center’s.

-6:25 p.m. – A caller stated that there was an e-mail posting from a student on a Web site threatening suicide. Pitt police contacted the police department with jurisdiction. The police determined that the student was not in danger.

-7:05 p.m. – A woman in Brackenridge Hall reported that someone stole her cell phone. An investigation is pending.

-9:30 p.m. – There was a false burglar alarm activation in Sennott Square.

Tuesday, Feb. 17

-8:51 a.m. – Sennott Square workers accidentally activated the burglar alarm in the Vespa store.

-9:01 a.m. – An officer cited and towed a vehicle parked in the Petersen Events Center’s loading dock.

-9:18 a.m. – A person reported that there was a man in Posvar Hall who did not belong there. The area was checked, but the man was not located.

-3:15 p.m. – Officers assisted city police with a report of car windows being broken on Robinson Street behind Trees Hall.

-3:55 p.m. – A person reported a possible identity theft. An investigation is pending.

-5:33 p.m. – An individual in the Ruskin Hall apartments left the water on, and the tub overflowed causing minor flooding. The property management was notified.

-5:34 p.m. – Engineers released people stuck in an elevator in Sutherland Hall.

-7:34 p.m. – Police received a report of an unknown individual burning a small piece of a flier that was posted on a Lothrop Hall bulletin board. An investigation is pending.

-9:40 p.m. – Officers responded to a reported domestic disturbance in the Ruskin Hall apartments. The officers spoke to the involved parties, and the incident was cleared.

-9:48 p.m. – A man in Bellefield Hall reported that his wallet was taken. An investigation is pending.

-11:11 p.m. – An elevator repairman released people stuck in a Lawrence Hall elevator.

Wednesday, Feb. 18

-12:13 a.m. – An engineer released people stuck in a Sutherland Hall elevator.

-5:56 a.m. – An employee in the Petersen Events Center activated an alarm.
