Pitt head coach Walt Harris made the following statement late Monday night:”I am continuing to gather all of the information regarding last night’s incident involving Rod Rutherford. The investigative process is continuing, and I will not make any decision until that process concludes.”

Pittsburgh police could not be reached for comment.
