Pitt’s Chris Deluzio seeks to succeed Conor Lamb in Congress

Chris Deluzio, policy director of Pitt’s Institute for Cyber Law, Policy and Security and adjunct professor in the School of Law, announced he is running to represent the 17th Congressional District on Monday.
Democrat Conor Lamb gave a victory speech at in Canonsburg before he was declared the projected winner of the primary election in March 2018.
