Steelers start off sluggish in stormy stalemate against Browns

On top of Pitt getting pummeled by Penn State on Saturday, the Steelers also struggled to successful begin their season. Playing against the Brown's, the game ended in a 21-21 tie . Although there were several good plays, the Steelers still have much to improve on in order to have a successful season.
