Amid yet another surge of COVID-19, another bat with virtual classes and another year of “pivoting,” apathy has become the name of the game. It seems we’re giving up — whether it’s becoming more and more pessimistic about performing, sacrificing some worker safety to preserve the workforce or seeming to ignore rising cases.
The first week of fully in-person classes began Monday, after two weeks of an in-person optional format.

Pitt classes return fully in person for first time in 18 months

It’s not just your imagination — from “Welsfest” Snapchat stories or a record-breaking number of first years, Pitt’s campus has been much busier lately. The first week of fully in-person classes began Monday, after two weeks of an in-person optional format.
