Students nervous, excited as Pitt starts in-person classes

In-person classes returned for the first time since the fall semester on Thursday — to mixed reviews. While some students said they were happy to be back in the classroom, others said high COVID-19 cases made in-person classes risky.
"My break was extremely uneventful which is a great thing. It's a time to recoup, get everything together, and generate some new motivation for the new semester."
