Pitt men’s soccer succumbs to PSU, 3-1

After knocking off No. 22 Virginia Tech last Friday, the Panthers couldn’t maintain their momentum and fell 3-1 at Penn State on Tuesday night.

Weekend Sports: Panthers soccer suffocated by top-ranked opponents

Pitt athletics once again had a busy weekend with the swim and dive and cross country teams seeing action, as well as both soccer teams and the No. 4 women’s volleyball team.

In a game that was largely uneventful, the Pitt women’s soccer team came up short, 1-0, to VCU at Ambrose Urbanic Field Thursday night.
