Pitt freshman student Maria Kathleen Elias, 19, of Uniontown, passed away April 18 shortly after 7:30 a.m. Fayette County Deputy Coroner Alissa Williams said that Elias was in Uniontown at the time of her death. Williams said that the coroner’s office has yet to determine cause of death.
