The 10th annual Pittsburgh Marathon took place on Sunday. This year, the event also hosted the 2018 USA Track and Field National Championship race, an elite event which saw finishing times of over a minute faster than the top men’s category of the Pittsburgh Half Marathon. Over 20,000 people participated in the race, and American athlete Fikadu Girma Teferi took home the gold with an official time of 2:13:46.
