The council will hold its regular meeting at 10 a.m. Thursday and its standing committee meetings at 1 p.m. Thursday.

It has postponed its public hearings on the living wage ordinance and an ordinance that would incentivize bicycle parking. The council will set dates for those hearings at a later time.
