Quadree Henderson was excellent this week, scoring touchdowns two different ways. Here’s how he and the rest of Pitt’s commits performed. 

Darrin Hall (running back) — Austintown Fitch High School, Ohio

Austintown Fitch beat Boardman 31-5. Hall accumulated 19 yards on 5 carries, though he left the game because of an injury. 

Nick Bowers (tight end) — Kittanning High School, Pa.

Bowers caught seven passes for 79 yards and three touchdowns in a 63-34 victory over Freeport.

Kevin Givens (linebacker) — Altoona High School, Pa.

Givens ran 10 times for 116 yards and a touchdown, as Altoona beat Norwin 30-21.

DaVon Hamilton (defensive tackle) — Pickerington Central High School, Ohio

Pickerington Central beat Reynoldsburg 23-13.

Malik Henderson (cornerback) — Hallandale High School, Fla.

Hallandale defeated Coconut Creek 33-7.

Quadree Henderson (wide receiver) — Alexis I. duPont High School, Del.

Henderson was excellent in a 41-20 victory over St. Elizabeth. Henderson caught seven passes for 137 yards and two touchdowns, while also returning a kickoff 82 yards for a touchdown.

Kraig Howe (defensive tackle) — Archbishop Alter High School, Ohio

Howe and Archbishop Alter shut out Roger Bacon 49-0.

Dane Jackson (cornerback) — Quaker Valley High School, Pa.

Jackson sat again because of an injury, as Quaker Valley lost to Steel Valley 28-26.

Sekai Lindsay (running back) — Palm Bay High School, Fla.

Lindsay rushed 11 times for 93 yards and a touchdown, helping Palm Bay defeat Treasure Coast 46-0.

Alex Paulina (offensive guard) — Canon-McMillan High School, Pa.

Fox Chapel defeated Canon-McMillan 34-12.

Tony Pilato (offensive tackle) — Hempfield Area High School, Pa.

Hempfield was romped by McKeesport 40-3.

Tre Tipton (wide receiver) — Apollo Ridge High School, Pa.

Apollo Ridge was narrowly edged out by Highlands 28-27. Tipton ran 11 times for 105 yards.

Rob Dowdy (offensive tackle) — Westerville South High School, Ohio

Westerville South defeated Hilliard Bradley 38-7, improving to 4-1.
