The series was moved back two days from its initial start date due to inclimate weather on Thursday. Pitt fans are all too familiar with Pitt sports’ heartbreaking habit of dropping close losses and, conversely, the kind of alcohol that may help them forget about that heartbreak. But each of these sports offers their own experience, each different from their counterparts, and I’ve chosen alcoholic drinks to match.
Jordan McCrum is a senior relief pitcher for Pitt baseball. McCrum transferred to Pitt from Monmouth University last year after undergoing Tommy John surgery, which entails reconstructing the ulnar collateral ligament within the elbow by replacing it with a ligament from elsewhere in the body.
