Pitt is requesting all students move out of residence halls, but students can request an extension to stay on campus. Pitt will evaluate travel issues, co-op standing, campus employment, financial hardship and personal safety for each case

Pitt, City provide updates on coronavirus outbreak plans

Although no cases have been reported in Pennsylvania, the City Department of Public Safety and Pitt’s Vice Provost and Dean of Students provided updates Thursday on their response plans for a possible coronavirus outbreak.
SGB has yet to reach a compromise with the SORC on the Center’s new naming guidelines for student organizations that were introduced last semester.
