Pitt adds 48 new COVID-19 cases since Thursday

Pitt added 48 new COVID-19 cases, composed of 46 students and two employees, between last Friday and Monday, with 94 students currently in isolation.
Pitt moved from Elevated Risk to Guarded Risk last Thursday at 7 a.m., following the limited reopening of some dining and study spaces in mid-February. These study spots include the Cathedral of Learning, the William Pitt Union, Hillman Library and many other locations.

Pitt to shift to Guarded risk posture next Thursday

Pitt will move into the Guarded risk posture next Thursday at 7 a.m., the University announced in a Friday morning email. This lowest level posture allows for most activities to be in person with virtual options and limited restrictions.
