Pitt’s Resident Student Association sponsored a town hall Wednesday titled “The Strength of a Story: A Conversation of Mental Health and Advocacy.” The event’s three speakers explored the importance of self-care and advocacy in mental health conversations.
Sponsored by Pitt’s year of data and society, the 2021 Latinx Connect Conference featured the virtual panel “Latinx Data: Historical Civil Rights Advocacy and Contemporary Intersectional Insights” last Friday morning.

As part of the 2021 Latinx Connect Conference, Pitt sponsored a virtual panel titled “Latinx Data: Historical Civil Rights Advocacy and Contemporary Intersectional Insights” last Friday that focused on the development of Latinx and Afro-Latinx data.
