Love Made Edible Bakery won “Best Black-Owned Business” in The Pitt News’ annual “Best Of” contest. The bakery opened about a year ago and is located about 20 minutes from Pitt’s campus in Brentwood.

DelGatto opened her own online jewelry shop called Pearpop Jewelry back in April. She makes earrings and necklaces out of polymer clay and sells her jewelry for about $10 each on Depop and Etsy.
