Oakland voters show up in force to cast ballots

Voters cast their ballots for their presidential and local candidates of choice, as well as stating their position on a charter amendment that, if passed, would require police officers to cooperate with investigations conducted by Pittsburgh’s independent Citizen Police Review Board.
The deadline to request a mail-in ballot is Oct. 27.

Deadline for mail-in ballot requests approaches, some students express frustration with the process

The deadline to request a mail-in ballot is Tuesday, and as of Oct. 25, 250,141 out of 401,733 approved requests had already been returned according to the Allegheny County Elections website.
