Pitt adds 68 new COVID-19 cases since Dec. 8, ‘monitoring’ omicron

Pitt officials said Thursday that 47 students and 21 employees tested positive for COVID-19 from Dec. 8 to Dec. 14.
Pitt’s CoVax Vaccination Center — located at the bottom of Nordenberg Hall — recently expanded its hours to daily operations, and will offer flu shots starting next Wednesday.

Pitt adds 78 new COVID-19 cases since Aug. 27

Pitt officials said 56 students and 22 faculty and staff members tested positive for COVID-19 over the course of a 10-day period from Aug. 27 through Sept. 7. The report also said 89% of undergraduate students has uploaded proof of a COVID-19 vaccine.
