‘I see Pitt thriving’: Lacrosse seniors, grad students set bar for future teams

During their only season as Panthers, 14 Pitt lacrosse seniors and grad students have laid the groundwork for future teams, establishing a culture of hard work and dedication within the program that is consistent with Pittsburgh’s blue-collar mentality.

Coming into its inaugural season, few had high expectations for Pitt’s lacrosse program. While the idea of a new team on campus was a fun and compelling concept, many expected the rest of the ACC to leave Pitt behind. That sentiment has since changed.
