Pa. House Democrats introduce pro-union bill, unlikely to impact Pitt

Pa. House Democrats introduced a bill that would prohibit public employers like Pitt from spending taxpayer money on union avoidance. But while Pitt has spent $2M on a “union avoidance” law firm, a Pitt spokesperson said none of that money came from taxpayers.
