Pitt student garden facing relocation amid year of growth

Plant2Plate is a student-run organization at Pitt, which has cultivated and harvested produce from a plot of land located on Oakland Avenue. The organization will soon relocate because the University intends to build student housing on their current lot.
Voting in Pitt’s faculty unionization election closed Tuesday evening. Eligible professors and researchers from all five Pitt campuses cast their vote on whether to unionize or not.
