Pitt’s School of Law will no longer participate in U.S. News & World Report ranking

Pitt will no longer participate in the U.S. News & World Report’s law school rankings. This decision is consistent with many other universities, including Penn State, which have withdrawn amid criticism of the ranking’s methodology.

FDA proposes new guidelines to ease restrictions on blood donations for ‘men who have sex with men’

A new FDA proposed regulatory change recommends screening all potential blood donors with a questionnaire to assess their individual risk of HIV, opposed to the current guidance that requires men who have sex with men to abstain from sex with men for three months prior to giving blood.
