The Pennsylvania Department of Health has approved Pitt as a vaccine provider, but the University remains unsure about when it will receive doses to distribute, according to Pitt officials.
Student Government Board hosted the Meet the Candidates event Wednesday evening for Pitt students to get to know who will be on the ballot in the upcoming election on March 2.

A group of Pitt students teamed up to launch vaccinatepa.org, a website that crowdsources vaccine availability data in Pennsylvania to allow people to find out where they can get a vaccine appointment more easily.
The Faculty Assembly met Wednesday afternoon to discuss OMET surveys for professors and to ensure faculty and staff are paid an adequate amount.
